Favorite sports teams? Don’t really watch sports but if I did it would be the Yankees for Baseball, and the Rangers for Hockey
What do you like to do when you’re not working? My life is music so I engulf myself in my studio and just let those creative juices flow and then when I REALLY want to relax, I just take a trip somewhere or be with my family and close friends.
What has been your most interesting listener interaction? Oh man, there are so many over the years but one that stands out is a lady who was so star struck after she met me, she literally cried and wouldn’t stop hugging me. I was very flattered to say the least. When I told her that she was becoming my favorite listener, she literally got so excited she practically pee’d herself… poor thing.
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A Fireman, a guy who played with lights and a DJ on the radio… no, really… so I was a videographer many years ago for a fire company, I’ve become a lighting technician and design and do many light and laser shows for the past 25 years as well as have had a very successful 33 year radio career (as of 2021) thus far…

If you could meet anyone alive today, who would it be and why? Broadway Bill Lee from WCBS FM in NY because he’s always been my radio God, the man I would mimic and THE reason I’m in radio today.
If you could meet anyone from the past, who would it be and why? Don LaFontaine because he was the KING of Voice-overs.
What is your guilty musical pleasure (ie. what artist/song would you usually not admit you love)? I absolutely love 80's music, Paramore, Toni Braxton, Ella Fitzgerald, Symphony Orchestras, Broadway Music and early Yanni. Also love me some 80's Freestyle Club music and all kinds of dance mixes. Hey, Don’t judge… lol.
Do you play an instrument? Piano, Trumpet, Trombone, Sax and I sing.
Who is your favorite superhero and why? Superman because DUH, he can fly!
If you can only choose one…Wine…Whiskey…Beer…Liquor or Water? Water
If you were on Survivor, what skill would make you valuable to the tribe? I was a boy scout for years… I can make fire, I can build a raft, a shelter and I can cook, lol.
Favorite Disney Character and Why? Mickey because he’s the icon of American entertainment.
Favorite TV Character and Why? Joey from Friends because he’s so innocent in his every day dealings with life and yet he’s hilarious with his sense of humor and interaction with his friends…
If you won the lottery today…what is the first item you would buy? An incredible vacation and then buy a house nearby to live the vacation, haha. I'd definitely give to my favorite charities for children and the Arts.
If you could choose your last meal…what would it be? Lasagna, Filet Mignon, Mashed Potatoes
If you went to Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry, which House would the Sorting Hat place you in? Why? Hufflepuff because I am rational, down to earth yet love to dream. I work great with a team and I always stand up for what’s right.
If you auditioned on American Idol, what song would you sing? Something from Michael Buble or Frank Sinatra

Since 1988, Bill Carroll has been entertaining the masses with being a Premier Radio DJ in New York, a KJ, a professional Emcee, even did a stint being a Pro VJ and he has entertained with the best in the industry as well as held number one rated shows in various markets!
In 1992 Bill worked at an all Seventies Station in Poughkeepsie New York doing middays and a specialty show on Friday Nights called "Friday Night Fever". He quickly became dubbed as "The Boogie-Man" playing the best of the 70's and then management changed gears with the format changing it to a Hot AC station (like a soft Top 40) but because the Friday night show was such a huge success and very popular, they allowed him to keep the show but he switched it up a bit and added the 80's to this highly listened to show!
